I love printables! Using printables and a home binder is a great way to keep everything organized and in one easy to find location. My home binder has to-do lists, cleaning schedules, meal plans, grocery lists, bill payment information, my debt pay off plan, maintenance schedules and so much more! These are a few of the handy printables that I use in my home binder and they have made my life so much easier!
The past few years I have been on what seems like a never ending cycle of paying off debt then accumulating more, but I am determined to make 2016 different! This is going to be the year that I pay off a minimum of $30,000 in debt! My hubby and I have a goal to be debt free, including our mortgage within 15 years.
Over the past couple months, I have gotten really strict with my budgeting. I am horrible with budgets and amazing with spending money. But this needed to stop. My hubby and I had a few “fun years” where we didn’t care about saving money, planning for the future or paying off debt. We were making over $120,000 per year between the two of us and had nothing to show for it.
Finding a budget that works and sticking to it can be hard! I have always struggled with budgeting and keeping my finances organized. Every couple of months I would try a new printable or budget system but never stick to it. I would pay bills on the day they were due (it is really hard to remember all of the bills that way!) and often be late.
