I love shopping, but I also love finding great deals! Today I am going to share my favorite websites & apps that will give you cash back on your online and in-store purchases. Who wouldn’t want free money back from their purchases?! These cash back sites and apps are all very easy to use and don’t take too much time to get started and continue using. Since I am a huge fan of online shopping, these rebate sites are my favorite and I don’t buy anything without checking for deals first.
I’ll be honest, this is the first time that I have ever made anything with Nutella in it. I buy a jar of Nutella every few months and I always just eat it plain, with a spoon. I was a little sad when I used a half of a jar in these cookies when that could have gone directly in my mouth but it was definitely worth it. These cookies are so delicious! I saw a few different Nutella cookie recipes on Pinterest and they looked amazing! So I decided to use my regular chocolate chip cookie recipe and added Nutella in the center.
Regular Ravioli’s is a pretty easy and tasty meal but Ravioli Casserole is easier to make and taste even better! With this casserole, you don’t have to boil the ravioli’s or even heat up the sauce. You just put the 3 ingredients needed for this meal (ravioli’s, sauce and cheese) in a 9×13 glass pan and stick it in the oven. I am all about quick & easy meals!
I have 2.5 bathrooms in my house and I always dread cleaning them but I hate dirty bathrooms even more! So, I thoroughly clean all my bathrooms every Wednesday in under 20 minutes and then just pick up or wipe down surfaces as needed throughout the week. Since I am not a fan of cleaning the bathrooms, I kind of made it a game that I play with myself where I race to get it done as quickly as possible. My best time was 11 minutes but the bathrooms weren’t very dirty that week.
I love creamed corn. This recipe is soo much better than canned creamed corn, they really aren’t even comparable! Not only is this an amazing side dish that goes with any meal but I usually end up eating it as a meal for lunch the next day with nothing else. It takes about 2 minutes to prepare, then you just cook it in the crockpot for 3-6 hours. It so simple! Anything that only takes a couple minutes to make and taste great automatically becomes one of my favorite foods that I will make over and over again.
Over the past couple months, I have gotten really strict with my budgeting. I am horrible with budgets and amazing with spending money. But this needed to stop. My hubby and I had a few “fun years” where we didn’t care about saving money, planning for the future or paying off debt. We were making over $120,000 per year between the two of us and had nothing to show for it.
I love any kind of Mexican food! So, naturally, I was very excited when I found this Mexican Casserole. I got this recipe from a Kraft seasoning packet a few years ago and it quickly became one of my family’s favorite meals. This casserole is quick and easy to make and taste amazing!
This week I have been working on my small hall/guest/kid’s bathroom. It started out very plain and boring with yellow walls & ceilings, an unframed mirror and the cheapest towel bar that you can buy. My goals with this bathroom was to paint, replace the mirror with a framed one, replace the towel bar with hooks, install a hand towel holder and add some cute decorations with a total budget of $100. This was a very tough budget to stick to so I had to be creative and find cheaper alternatives.
While working on my bathroom makeover this week, I decided to try to frame my bathroom mirror. I was pretty nervous about doing this because it seemed pretty challenging but it was actually very easy and only cost $17!! Before, it was just a plain, builders grade mirror secured to the wall with plastic hooks. It is still secured with hooks but looks so much better and really completes the bathroom!
This has always been popular recipe in my family. My mom would make these all the time when I was younger and I have always loved them! A longer, more descriptive name for them would be Peanut Butter, Chocolate & Oatmeal No Bake Cookies but since that is too long, I just call them No Bakes.
